Privacy notice

1. Scope

This notice covers the Zentix AI HQ site, its contact form, and the interactive demo. It does not cover external sites that you open from a link.

2. Data handled by the form

When you submit the form, the record includes your name and email address; WhatsApp and company when you choose to provide them; a required team-size band; up to three selected goals and up to three selected channels; and an optional note of up to 500 characters.

The record also includes locale, consent version, attribution associated with the submission, status, timestamps, and notification state.

3. Abuse prevention

Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals to distinguish legitimate requests from abuse. During verification, the server may send the request IP address to Turnstile. The application does not store that raw address; it retains only keyed hashes for abuse controls.

Turnstile processing is also subject to the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

4. How the data is used

• Receive, review, and respond to your request.
• Understand the team size, goals, and channels you selected.
• Prevent automated or repeated submissions.
• Notify the site owner about a valid submission.
• Prepare a signed booking handoff when appropriate.

The initial release does not include an analytics SDK.

5. Providers and functional transfers

• Cloudflare Turnstile participates only in abuse validation.
• Resend processes the submitted data to deliver the notification to the site owner.
• Calendly receives a visit only when you voluntarily follow the signed handoff to book. The redirect does not append form fields to the Calendly URL.
• Vercel hosts the application and processes the technical requests needed to deliver it.

Each provider applies its own terms and privacy practices to the data it processes.

6. Retention

The form record is retained for no more than 365 days and is then subject to TTL deletion. External providers may apply their own retention periods under their policies.

7. Browser data and recording

The locale preference may be stored in localStorage. If you choose to record the demo, the browser asks for permission to share a screen or tab. Recording is limited to two minutes, stays in your browser, and downloads locally; the application does not upload it.

8. Your choices and requests

Fields marked optional may be left blank. No channel for access, correction, or deletion requests has been approved or published yet. The operator must add that channel and an identity-verification procedure before enabling the form in production.

9. Review before production

Before publishing the form, the operator must confirm its identity and contact channel, the applicable legal basis, processing locations, provider agreements, and the rights-request procedure. This notice must be updated whenever the real data flow changes.
